Service Description
French knitting is known by many different names including loom knitting, tomboy knitting and cork knitting. The earliest written records date from 1535 in France, however there is evidence to suggest the Romans were using the same method in the 1st century. This workshop comes in three parts. Part 1-You will make your own loom which at the end of the workshop will be yours to keep. Part 2-You will learn how to French knit. Part 3- You will coil your knitted piece to create a flower and stitch on additional decoration. CHOOSE ONE SESSION Sessions take place on: Wednesday 7th August 10am-12pm Wednesday 21st August 2pm-4pm OR Wednesday 28th August 10am-12pm Please state on the booking form which session you would like your child to attend. Kids workshops take place at: Catz Cabin 25 Mere Lane, Sandiway, Northwich CW8 2NR. SATURDAY KIDS CLUB Saturday Kids Club takes place every week. (Term time only) Spend a couple of creative hours every week trying out new crafts, mastering skills, problem solving, making friends and producing high quality pieces of work to be proud of. All workshops are at an introductory level no previous experience is needed. Young artist age 5+ Costs vary depending on the craft. Drop off and pick up. No need for parents/carers to stay unless they want to.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your child's place and receive a refund you must inform us at least 14 days before the start date of the club. There will be a £2 administration fee.
