Get your child's creative juices flowing at this fun workshop-An introduction to sculpture and 3D design. Using bright and colourful air-dry clay your child will have the creative freedom to create a 3D sculpture which is relevant to them. This could be an animal, object or abstract piece. The only criteria is that it must have a use or serve a purpose for example a mushroom jewellery holder. Cat will teach the basic techniques of using air-dry clay demonstrate how to add detail and texture pinching and pressing, how to create a smooth finish, coil the clay to add strength and how to mix colours to create different tones.
