Service Description

Kids Origami Kids Saturday Workshop 10am-12pm Origami is a traditional Japanese art form that involves folding paper in a particular way to create shapes and characters. It is usually done without the use of scissors or glue. 'Ori' means 'to fold' and 'gami' means 'paper' in Japanese. Although it is thought to originate from China, where paper was invented. This will be a fun workshop for children to learn some basic origami skills improving hand-eye co-ordination, fine motor skills, geometry concepts and 3D perception. This Kids Art Workshop is at an introductory level. No previous experience needed. Artist age 5-15 Drop off and pick up. No need for parents/carers to stay unless they want to. Workshop takes place at Catz Cabin 25 Mere Lane, Sandiway, Northwich, Cheshire Please send your child with a water bottle and a snack.
